Schweißtechnik Burkhard GmbH, our welding technology division, was founded in 2008 and has been a standalone company in the Burkhard Group ever since. In this form, we work as a contract manufacturer, offering our customers the entire value creation chain of joining technology and heat treatment of metals.
Highly skilled employees and a state-of-the-art machine pool enable us to work with individual parts and series components alike. The customer alone dictates the depth of value creation.

•Depending on the component, we perform welding manually or in a semi-automated or fully automated process, but always with a close eye on costs and with reproducible top quality.
•You have to use the right method to attain maximum strength. We work with all common techniques. We use 3D laser welding, TIG, MIG, MAG, CMT as well as splice, resistance spot and stud welding.
• Welding is the best-known bonding process in mechanical and systems engineering.
• Bonding of identical materials if melting is permitted.
• The foundation of a product is put in place during planning. This is the only way to attain a perfect result.
